One of the most in-demand emotional narrative storytellers in commercials today. His sharp eye for the human experience and masterful sequencing have led to highly emotive and successful campaigns for brands like Purina and Amazon. He’s also crafted stylish, performance-driven automotive work with heart for Cadillac, Jaguar, and Dodge. In addition, he’s worked with DoorDash, Boars Head, Porsche, and other major brands, bringing his signature depth and authenticity to each project. Narratively, in 2017, Terry wrote and directed Understanding for Kodak, a short film that won at the AICP Festival and was named "Advertisement of the Year" in multiple competitions.
Terry is the co-founder of Friends & Family. Previously, he was a founding partner and director at Eskimo and spent time in the Chicago agency world as an art director. Originally from Detroit, he’s now based in Los Angeles.
